As a member of the University of West London Alumni Community, you are entitled to a wide range of exciting and exclusive benefits aimed to keep you involved in the goings-on at UWL. Click on the options below to find out more about what’s on offer! Some of these benefits will require a free alumni card, which you can apply for here

Having an alumni card is the most reliable way to ensure you remain engaged with UWL. Cards don’t cost a thing, and they remain valid for five years.

From continued access to campus, borrowing rights at the library and a discount on SU Gym Membership and LCM Live Events, the Alumni Card is your key to coming back.

As an Alum, you can receive regular contact from the University of West London via email. This contact includes invitations to exclusive Alumni events, and a quarterly newsletter updating you on news and happenings from around the university.

To ensure you receive our communications, please makes sure your contact details are up to date by logging in or signing up for free here.

Whether it’s support and advice, or help with finding a job, the University of West London Careers and Employment Service are here to help you make the transition from university student to employee.

Former students of the University are eligible for access to the University’s Careers and Employment Service, which can be accessed online by clicking here, and signing up as alumni to the online student hub.

Looking for a little reading material? Building on your studies? Need a quiet place to work? Alumni are welcome to visit the University of West London library and borrow up to three books at a time. Loans work on a three-week basis.

Access and borrowing rights are subject to alumni having a valid Alumni Card, which you can get by clicking here.

Your University is an annual magazine, produced and distributed by the Alumni department. It features cutting-edge research by University academics, interviews with prominent alumni and University news.

Any alumni developing a business are extended access to the Westmont Enterprise Hub: An innovative programme that backs brilliant business ideas and helps pre-startups grow – from the flicker of something smart, through to proof of concept and on to market.

The Hub partners with ambitious entrepreneurs with the investment, resources and support to make their ideas a reality.

Thanks to the Hub, businesses can draw on the full breadth and depth of University expertise to make their ventures a success.

Any former students who have completed a 3 year undergraduate degree at the University of West London in the last 2 years, may be eligible for the Alumni discount on postgraduate tuition fees.

This discount, only if you are eligible, will be automatically applied to your postgraduate tuition fee's during enrolment, so there would be no need to apply for the discount.

The University of West London runs a shuttle bus service in West London, free of charge for students, staff and alumni card holders. The regular bus service operates between:

> Paragon House (Brentford) Campus - Forecourt

> South Ealing Station (Piccadilly Line)

> St Marys Road (Ealing) Campus

> Ealing Broadway Station (Central, District Lines & National Rail) - Stop D

Pillars Restaurant is The London Geller College of Hospitality and Tourism's award-winning training restaurant. Our students, training in fine food and dining, will cook and serve you delicious meals from around the world.

Pillars is open Tuesday to Friday for lunch and Thursday for dinner within term time. Reservations are highly recommended.

University of West London Alumni receive a 10% discount on any lunchtime or dinner reservation from Tuesday-Friday at Pillars restaurant, the perfect way to cap-off a visit to the UWL Ealing campus. Just mention that you’re a UWL alumnus at time of booking.

UWL is proud to include a brand-new fitness facility run by the Students' Union, consisting of two state-of-the-art gyms, two large fitness studios and spacious changing facilities.

Membership of the UWL Sport and Fitness Centre includes free access to a range of fitness classes which cater to every level of skill and ability.

Alumni are now eligible for a preferential rate when signing up for an annual membership.

To be eligible for this benefit, you must hold a valid Alumni Card. If you don't have one already, you can apply for free here.

UWL graduates are eligible for a 20% discount on the hire of meeting rooms, dance studios, or conference and kitchen facilities. For further information visit uwl.ac.uk/hire or email external.hire@uwl.ac.uk, quoting your Alumni Card number (the number on the card that starts with 400).
