Coronavirus Situation and Important Changes to Alumni Services

In light of the ever evolving coronavirus situation, the UWL campses are now closed and all teaching is being moved online. During this unprecedented time the Alumni team will still be working hard to support and engage you, however some services have had to be suspended or changed as follows:

  • The Alumni office is closed and we are working from home, please contact us on our email: alumni@uwl.ac.uk rather than by phone or post.
  • Alumni card holders will not be able to access the UWL campuses as they are currently closed
  • Alumni cards will not be processed during the closure, but you are still very welcome to make an application which will be kept until processing resumes: alumni.uwl.ac.uk/alumnicard
  • The University is unable to issue any transcripts or replacement certificates at this time.
  • The House of Lords Annaul Alumni Reception has been postponed and we are waiting on an alternative date from the venue.
  • The UWL Alumni Awards have been postponed, all nominations received will be kept until it re-opens.
