Get warmed up this winter at an exclusive alumni dinner. Malaysian celebrity chef, UWL graduate and Honorary Professor, Chef Zam will take you on an unforgettable culinary journey through Malaysian cuisine. 

The evening will begin with a drink and canape reception in UWL's Weston Gallery and will then move to the award-winning Pillars training restaurant. You will be treated to a sumptous three course meal and drinks cooked by Chef Zam with students from the London Geller College of Hospitality and Tourism. Meet up with old friends and staff members, make new connections and catch up on all the UWL news.

Chef Zam

Chef Zam, also known as Professor Zamzani Abdul Wahab, is one of Malaysia’s leading celebrity chefs, with more than 20 years of culinary experience. He is muti-talented and a winner of a number of awards both in Malaysia and internationlly. His numerous ventures include being a consultant, trainer, speaker, brand ambassador, columnist, social media influencer, author, TV host, and even an actor. 

Chef Zam’s passion for enriching young minds through culinary discipline has led him to his current role as Managing Director/ Principal at Silverspoon International College in Malaysia. 

Zamzani is both an alumnus and an Honorary Professor of the University of West London.
