In light of the rapidly evolving pandemic of coronavirus Covid-19 in the UK, all events at Parliament have been cancelled. As a result, our Annual Alumni Reception at the House of Lords, which was due to take place on May the 12th, has been postponed and we are working with the venue for an alternative date.
Those who have purchased tickets for the Alumni Reception will be offered refunds and the Alumni Office will be in touch shortly to make these arrangements.

Vice-Chancellor, Professor Peter John and Baroness Angela Harris of Richmond invite you and your guests to the University of West London Annual Alumni Reception at the prestigious and historic House of Lords.
Enjoy drinks and canapés in the Cholmondeley Room and terrace, which overlook the River Thames and offer stunning views of London. Take the opportunity to catch up with old friends and make new connections. You will also have the chance to meet senior University staff and academics and catch up on all the news from the University of West London.
Why not get a group of your fomer classmates together and have a reunion? You are also very welcome to bring guests.

Alumni and friends are also invited to take an optional tour of the Houses of Commons after the reception.

Cancellation Policy: The last date for a full ticket refund is Tuesday 28th April, if tickets are cancelled after this date then a refund can not be guaranteed due to payment being required by the venue. Please contact the Alumni team on 020 8231 0188 or alumni@uwl.ac.uk for cancellation.
Please note that tickets will be posted to you at least two weeks before the event and you must bring these on the night along with photo ID to gain entrance.
