Culinary Theatre Evenings at Pillars Restaurant

You are invited to let the Pillars Restaurant culinary team take you on a journey of discovery and gastronomy this summer at their new Culinary Theatre Evenings. 

The evening consists of a sumptuous four course set menu with a short introduction and demonstration from our chef lecturers before each course is served. On screens around the restaurant there will be a live link up to the kitchen, where our chef lecturers will describe and demonstrate how to make aspects of the dish. A wine flight featuring wines chosen to accentuate the flavours of each dish is also available.

Guests will be invited to arrive at 6.30pm, with the dinner being served at 7.00pm and the experience ends at 9.00pm. The four course set menu is £30.00 per person and the wine flight is £20.00 per person. The set menu will alternate every three weeks and will be sent out to guests as soon as they are confirmed. 

These Culinary Theatre Evenings offer alumni the perfect opportunity to return to campus and enjoy an exceptional dining experience in the London Geller College of Hospitality and Tourism's fine dining restaurant.
